Set 4 has an array of objects (beds, mattresses, tables, etc.) with custom animations that can be used by several sims at once ( ifyouknowwhatimean).I’m not really sure which file does what so I’m afraid you’ll have to figure that out yourself, but please note that you must only choose ONE of the four files offered in the link - don’t put all four into your game at once! They’re all essentially the same mod only with slightly different options, so they WILL conflict with each other when present all at once in your Downloads folder. IIRC it works for teens and up, and the mod comes with different ‘flavor packs’: one that disallows interactions between blood relatives and one that doesn’t. Set 1 contains a functional ceiling chain that can be used to restrain a sim (and then some), and set 3 has a ‘woohoo anywhere’ mod that adds a new option in the pie menu, allowing your sims to get it on basically anywhere, at any time, and regardless of relationship level. The sets here are a bit different in that they add new options and animations to the game, as well as functional objects. BHSA’s pretty much the only active blog with adult-themed content for sims these days, so as far as that type of cc goes they should have you You can find them in BHSA’s general BDSM tag, and I also recommend that you check out the whole blog.
